SDR / BDR

Drive outbound pipeline through email and LinkedIn outreach. You will connect with potential clients, nurture relationships, and qualify leads for our growth team.

What you'll do

  • Run outbound email campaigns to targeted prospects in e-commerce and DTC
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach, including connection requests, follow-ups, and meaningful conversations
  • Research and build prospect lists aligned with our ideal customer profile
  • Foster relationships with potential clients and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand off warm opportunities to the closing team
  • Track activity and pipeline in our CRM with clear notes and next steps

What we're looking for

  • Experience in outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles (or equivalent hustle in a startup)
  • Excellent written communication for email and LinkedIn messaging
  • Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up without being pushy
  • Organized approach to prospecting, logging activity, and managing a pipeline
  • Interest in e-commerce, performance marketing, or agency services is a plus
