Marketing Director / PM

Own multiple client accounts end-to-end, from paid ads strategy on Meta and Google to backend data analysis, organic content review, and growth initiatives that support client success. You are the client’s main point of contact, the PM who keeps teams aligned, and the person who looks beyond ad dashboards to find the next opportunity.

What you'll do

  • Manage several client accounts and their paid advertising needs across Meta and Google
  • Act as a project manager: create and prioritize tasks for the design team and Meta/Google specialists
  • Analyze backend and business data holistically to understand what is really driving client outcomes
  • Review organic content and connect it to the wider growth strategy
  • Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, spend pacing, conversion rates) and translate data into action
  • Keep clients informed at all times: explain what we are doing, why, and what results we are driving
  • Clearly communicate priorities, insights, and next steps to both clients and the internal team
  • Coordinate campaign launches, creative refreshes, and optimization cycles across teams
  • Identify growth opportunities beyond ads, such as flyers, content angles, landing page ideas, offers, or other creative initiatives
  • Recommend strategy adjustments based on performance data and a client-success-first mindset

What we're looking for

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads
  • Strong client-facing communication: comfortable presenting strategy, results, and recommendations clearly
  • Ability to explain complex data and priorities to both clients and internal teams
  • Project management skills: able to break work into tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing KPIs
  • Growth mindset with a client-success-first approach: every initiative should move the client forward
  • Creative problem-solving: willing to think outside the box beyond standard ad management
  • Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously
